Build out
Quoted per account
Quoted per account after the kickoff interview. We run a kickoff interview, then write the build plan: pipelines, custom fields, tags, workflows, calendars, forms and what is in Phase 1 versus later. You approve it in writing before anything is built.
Quoting it per account is deliberate. A one person shop replacing a spreadsheet and a twelve person team migrating ten thousand contacts are not the same job, and pretending they are means one of them overpays.
Usage
Texts, emails and calls
Texts, emails and calls are billed monthly on actual usage at standard platform rates. Nothing is prepaid and nothing expires.
Message and data rates set by the carriers apply to SMS. SMS sending also requires carrier registration, which needs your legal business name, EIN, business address, and a privacy policy and terms published on your website. We handle the filing.

What does the build out cost?
Quoted per account after the kickoff interview. The kickoff interview scopes your pipelines, fields, workflows, calendars and data migration, and you approve the written build plan before any work starts.
What about texts, emails and calls?
Texts, emails and calls are billed monthly on actual usage at standard platform rates. You see the usage on your monthly statement.
Do you migrate what we use now?
Yes. Contacts, and in most cases deal history, come across as part of the build out. We ask for a sample export early because migration is the most commonly underestimated part of onboarding.
Who trains our team?
Marathon Creative does, on your own account with your own data in it, after the build is finished.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is your data. You can export contacts, conversations and deal records at any time, including on the way out.
Is there a setup fee for adding a seat later?
No. Add or remove seats any time and your next invoice reflects the change.
