Terms of service

The agreement

These terms cover your use of PaceCRM, provided and managed by Marathon Creative. Using the service means you accept them.

Seats and billing

Pricing is $150 per month for the first seat and $100 per month for each additional seat. One seat is one user login.

Month to month. One seat equals one user login. Add or remove seats any time. Changes are reflected on your next invoice. Billing is monthly in advance.

Build out is quoted separately per account and is agreed in writing before work begins.

Texts, emails and calls are billed monthly on actual usage at standard platform rates. Usage is billed in arrears on the same monthly statement.

Your data

The contacts, conversations, deals and files in your account are yours. We do not sell them and we do not use them to market to your customers.

You can export your data at any time, including after you cancel. We delete it on request.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having consent from the people your business contacts, for the content of the messages your account sends, and for complying with the laws that apply to your industry and to marketing messages.

Carrier registration for SMS requires accurate business details. Providing inaccurate details can get your messaging blocked by the carriers.

Cancellation

Cancel any time with notice before your next billing date. The account stays available through the end of the paid period so you can export.

Support and availability

Marathon Creative provides support and ongoing configuration as part of the monthly fee. The platform depends on third party infrastructure, so we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
