Who we are

PaceCRM is a customer relationship management platform provided and managed by Marathon Creative. This policy covers the PaceCRM website at pacecrm.io and the PaceCRM application.

What we collect

From this website: your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you type into a form, plus basic analytics about which pages were viewed.

From the application: the contact records, conversations, appointments, deals, files and notes that you and your team put into your account. That data belongs to you, not to us.

How we use it

Website submissions are used to contact you about PaceCRM and nothing else. We do not sell contact information, and we do not add you to an unrelated marketing list because you asked for a demo.

Application data is used to operate your account: to deliver the messages you send, show your team their work, and provide support when you ask for it.

Messaging and consent

If you give us your mobile number we may text you about your request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

When your business sends messages through PaceCRM, your business is the sender and is responsible for having consent from the people it contacts. We will not knowingly support sending to people who have opted out.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy preserving analytics to count page views and measure which pages produce demo requests. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Sharing

We share data with the infrastructure providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, messaging carriers and payment processing, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We disclose data when required by law.

Retention and deletion

You can export your account data at any time. When an account closes, you keep the right to export first, and we delete the data on request.
